Silicone Carbide Diesel Particulate Filters

Our DPFs come with either Cordierite or Silicon Carbide cores. Whereas cordierite is ‘industry standard’ a Silicon Carbide substrate offers higher thermal capacity, withstanding temperatures of up to 2700°c giving greater durability. The majority of EEC DPFs carry both substrate choices. SIC DPF part number have an ‘S’ suffix.

Cordierite Diesel Particulate Filters

Our Diesel Particulate Filters (DPF) come with either Cordierite or Silicon Carbide cores. Cordierite is the ‘industry standard’ within the aftermarket and offers a durable but cost-effective alternative to the OE equivalent. Made from ceramic material, the porous substrate allows exhaust gases to flow through the walls of the filter but traps the physical soot particles. The DPF will require regeneration at a certain fill level to ensure it achieves its service life.

EEC has one of the widest ranges of DPFs, covering PLG and LCV vehicles up to and including Euro 6 legislation.

Petrol 6-in-1

The new 6 in 1 petrol solution has been designed to keep every component carbon free e.g. the fuel injectors, inlet/exhaust valves, turbo, EGR valve, glow plugs, and reduces smoking.

Diesel 6-in-1

The new 6-in-1 DPF Solution from EEC cleans Carbon throughout the Fuel and Emissions System, assisting DPF regeneration.

Pipe Connectors

EEC is able to provide it’s customers with a range of pipe connectors which are specifically designed to fit a specific pipe diameter to ensure that there are no leaks when joining two products together.

Complementing our range of products are our stainless-steel front pipes. A vital link between engine and exhaust system our front pipes endure heat, movement and pressure to give you confidence in quality and fitability.

Universal Catalytic Converters

Our universal catalysts use the highest-grade materials with bespoke coatings to ensure you get the best performance from your vehicle. Available in 400 or 600 cell ceramic substrates in round, clam shell and oval variants to cover all options. For track use only.
