EEC announce there is plenty of scope for new business in the UK and European market place
European Exhaust & Catalyst (EEC) has reported “a very busy and productive” three days at Automechanika Birmingham earlier this month. In a statement, the company said: “We are now ploughing through all the actions, meetings and information to make the best of a great show.”
Visitors to the EEC stand had a chance to play a new ‘Emissions Mission’ game, in which they had to rack up a high score to win a bottle champagne. They also learnt more about the inner workings of SIC and Cordierite DPFs using EEC’s interactive DPF and could even try to put a DOC/DPF together themselves with the EEC ‘Jig’-saw puzzle’.
EEC said: “It was great to see some familiar faces both visiting and exhibiting at the show, but the focus is always to bring on those new business relationships.
With EEC team members from all departments available to speak to any visitor to the stand was left happy that all their queries were answered.
“There is plenty of scope for new business in the UK and European market place and EEC are well placed to take it on.”
EEC has announced its attendance at Automechanika Frankfurt in September, when it will be in Hall 5.0, stand B80. The company is one of the largest, long established and most unique manufacturers of emissions products in the UK. It’s the only European-based manufacturer to apply all precious metals to its catalyst and DPF products through its own UK-based coating facility.
European type approval
EEC said: “We only use the highest grade of components, sourced globally, to ensure quality and fitability, enabling us to meet the European type approval standards.
“We also go that extra mile to ensure you are aware of all the industry knowledge behind CATs, DPFs, Exhausts and all our other product groups via our technical training seminars.”
Product ranges include catalytic converters, DPFs, exhausts and front pipes, brake pads and more.
