EEC proudly participated in the Macmillan Coffee Morning on 1 October, raising money for a cause close to their hearts. Macmillan, a charity dedicated to providing support to people living with cancer, is 98% funded by voluntary donations.

The event featured delicious baked goods donated by EEC staff members and raised a total of £183.38 for Macmillan Cancer Support. This contribution will help Macmillan continue their essential services, providing practical, emotional, and financial support to those affected by cancer.

With over 3 million people in the UK living with cancer, Macmillan’s services are vital in helping individuals navigate their journey through diagnosis, treatment, and beyond.

EEC’s participation in the Coffee Morning demonstrates their commitment to supporting charitable causes and making a positive impact on the community.
